Commissioning of HVAC upgrades for a 2 story, 60,000 sf fitness center with an indoor pool in Greensboro, NC

NCSU BUREAU OF MINES, Raleigh, NC

Comprehensive renovation to a 1945 building to house College of Sciences administrative offices, will correct system deficiencies (fire suppression, HVAC, electrical, plumbing). Additional scope includes; new elevator, ADA entrance/exits as well as window replacement.

BLUFORD STEM ACADEMY, Greensboro, NC

The commissioned systems on Bluford included a series of water source heat pumps in a renovation tied in with the replacement of a cooling tower and pumps, and installation of a new controls system that was done in phases that allowed the school to remain open over a year and a half period.

DEPT. OF VETERANS AFFAIRS, WESTGATE OFFICE CENTER, Durham, NC

Commissioning of MEP for 2nd floor renovation for the Dept. of Veterans Affairs in Durham, NC

GUILFORD COUNTY SHERIFF SPECIAL OPERATIONS FACILITY, Greensboro, NC

Hired by Guilford County to review the HVAC system installation at the Special Operations Building that was recently finished for the sheriff’s department, verify the installation of the controls and ensure all installed building systems are working properly.

RAGSDALE HIGH SCHOOL HVAC PROJECT, Jamestown, NC

The Ragsdale High School addition and renovation project provided much needed repairs and additional square footage to the 50-year-old high school. After Jamestown Middle School, which shared the same campus, was re-located to a new site, the high school expanded into the old middle school building. This project saw the complete renovation of the existing middle school and high school buildings, as well as the construction of a new link building containing offices and a media center. The school is now one contiguous, modernized facility. Part of the old high school building was torn down and reconstructed as an autism wing.

NOVANT MEDICAL CENTER - Kernersville, NC

Retro-Commissioning - The project was to observe the building’s present operation and maintenance strategies and practices in an attempt to find cost effective improvements that can be implemented primarily by the owner’s building staff and service contractors. It did not include extensively investigating or implementing capital improvements.
